We first launched the Rebel Turkey in our Austin bistro and many of our customers have been asking us to make our turkey available for online sales on a regular basis. Our turkey is meticulously handmade by our meat-maker Curtis, we know you will enjoy it on a charcuterie board, in a sandwich, or a wrap.

Curtis can only make a limited amount of turkey each week. When the turkey sells out, we will put it back in stock on Monday for shipping the following Monday (7 days later). 

CONTAINS: Wheat Gluten and Soy

INGREDIENTS: Water, vital wheat gluten, tofu, miso, wheat flour, soybean oil, salt, onion, seasoning soup (salt, corn starch*, sugar, corn syrup powder, yeast extract, palm oil, flavorings (contains celery), dehydrated onion, dehydrated parsley, rosemary extract), garlic, nutritional yeast.
